Yes. Each provider profile includes their contact details (phone or email or social media channel).
You can view their ratings, number of reviews, and languages spoken on their profile. We are continuously working on improving verification features.
Right now, you can rate the provider and use the Report Provider option to alert us. We review reported cases and may remove providers who violate our guidelines. We are continuously working on enhancing the user experience.
“Click the ‘Add Service’ button at the top”, create an account, select your main category and subcategories, and fill in details like pricing, service area, and languages.
Currently, listing is free during our launch phase. Any future fees will be communicated in advance.
Yes. You can update your contact info, pricing, and service details anytime from your Dashboard.
Users can contact you directly using the details you provide. Future phases may include in-app booking options.
You can deactivate your profile from your dashboard, and it will no longer appear in search results.
We currently serve the GTA, but search results depend on the availability of providers in your area. Future expansion plans are in process.
At this stage, we do not perform background checks. However, we monitor reports and remove providers who violate our terms. Verification features are planned for future phases.
